Shipping Policy

Please allow 24-48 hours to receive tracking information on your order. We have a large staff that is working diligently to make sure that each and every order ships on time, is accurately packaged and delivers to our customers as quickly as possible. We strive whenever possible to ship next day or same day.

My shipment is delayed?

Unfortunately, we cannot control delays by USPS. Shipments can be delayed for multiple reasons including weather. Again, please verify that the tracking information is correct.

My order is incorrect?

Please email us at swipesrags113@gmail.com within 24 hours if the order you have received was incorrect for any reason. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and if there is an issue, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
